The amount of designs we can complete for you each month depends on the project’s complexity and your responsiveness to questions and feedback.

We Need 3 Things:

1-Describe the Design you need.

2-Attach any assets,images,copy needed for the design.

3-Specify dimensions and file types

Please try to be as detailed as possible in your requests so our designers can give you the best results!

-Extremely complex or fine art illustrations

-Fillable or interactive PDFdocuments

-Complex photo manipulation

-Digital painting and game assets

-File formats outside of our supported file types

-Content writing or manual typing
(typing text from images, coming up with titles for ads, doing research for copy, etc.)

Simple projects have a 1-2 day turnaround time. Meanwhile, complex tasks such as custom illustrations, infographics, and multi-page booklets, can take more time. Most simple revisions can be completed within one day.

We primarily use Adobe softwares and figma.

We know workloads can vary. You have the flexibility to cancel your Go Pixel Mates subscription whenever it suits you. Please note that we don’t issue refunds for inactive periods. We’re here to provide design support when you need it, keeping things flexible for your convenience.
